P.S. The first installment of The Immutable Kingdom begins in February 2008. Click that month under the "ARCHIVES" box in the right column, and then scroll down until you see "Part 1."

I apologize for the formatting from there until it normalizes after Part 36. I was using a different blog site that didn't allow me to format it the way I wanted it to look. After I changed blog-site providers, I imported the others. I hope that will not prevent you reading them.

Alicia,
Every segment is available on this site. You might have to navigate some of the options there on the right. As far as downloading it into document form, I have not yet placed it in a format that can be made readily download-able, and to be honest, I do not know how to make documents available with a download link. That's a bit more tech than I have yet mastered. If you have any hints, I would be open to it. Thank you for your interest. God bless you.
Sincerely,
-Scott

Is there a way I can download the whole thing?
Thank you.

That may be misleading. I didn't mean for it to be so. I publish the articles in our weekly church bulletin. The circulation of such publication usually reaches a grand total of 15 to 20 with about half who actually read it. I have about as many who read the blog, so I guess I'm making advancements.

Please feel free to post questions and comments. I have it set to approve each post when I get the message, so you might not see it immediately. I do that to prevent spammers, trolls, and hooligans from posting hateful rhetoric.

Nice to hear from you. You may also check out our weekly television show, "As It Is Written" on Youtube by clicking HERE

Wow your going to be published. Thats awesome! I saw that 360 was closing and they wanted me to "take action" anyway I got on there and was looking up some friends. I saw that you had moved and wanted to see what you were up to. Glad to see you have not stopped writing. Hope to hear from you soon. Heather

EXPLANATION OF THE PHOTO:

I saw this in my searches for interesting photos for the front of our weekly bulletin, and I thought it makes a great metaphor. The picture is of some sort of green vegetation growing on the side of a natural rock basin mostly in the water.

My metaphor is, when immersed in water and clinging to The Rock, life flourishes, and grows. "...and that Rock was Christ." (1Corinthians 10:4) "Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead" (Colossians 2:12).

I apologize, friends, for not having posted this on Saturday night as I usually try to do. I was having some trouble with my printer, became distracted, and went on to re-edit some of the future editions. I simply forgot until this morning. I hope you have been and will continue to enjoy this series on church history. God bless you.

Thanks Brandi.
This is still one of my favorites. So many religious articles are informative, but a little dry. Illustrating the biblical principles in story form made it more personal somehow.
I'd like to do this sort of thing more often.
